      Pros

      nice people to work with, all ex marketeers

      Cons

      Founder/owner still runs it, If you dont do it her way, you're out. You get graded on how sociable you are with other stopgappers outside of working hours and woe betide if you happen to have other interests. You even get phoned up when you''re off sick to do some work, etc. I moved to another recruiter and am MUCH happier.

      Pros

      The people who work there are all amazing and go out of their way to make you feel part of the business from day one. They also make sure that they give their candidates and clients the same amazing experience.

      Cons

      Could possibly do with a few more junior/graduate highers.
