Pros
Some managers will work with you if you’re going to get a degree to better yourself.
Cons
They promote out of desperation. Weekends and Holidays are mandatory. Micromanagement is on a whole other level. The equipment is cheap and outdated. Upper management (District Managers, regional managers, ect.) wont even acknowledge associates. Even if you’ve been there for a prolonged amount of time and you’re the great at what you do. They’re better than you. The appreciation of hard working employees is paid off with more hard work and occasionally a pizza party. (Enough with the pizza parties) If you’re full time, they own you. Say goodbye to work / life balance. Dedication means nothing. Use all your sick time because they will tax you tremendously. Profits go to the Netherlands because to them we’re just a giant cesspool in the USA.
