Pros

The customers are great. Flexible hours.

Cons

They advertise that there's plenty of room to grow in the company, but it takes several years and you have to keep asking; they will tell you that they're going to advance you, but they don't do it; they train you for certain positions, but don't have you working in those positions. They might train you to be a supervisor, but never actually make you a supervisor, and they won't offer feedback or constructive criticism. Basically, they will forget about you, unless you're one of their family's friends. They offered me a supervisor position on my first day, but it never happened; they trained me, kept giving me tasks, and I completed them all, but it never officially happened, and I was never given a reason, yet they would continue to have me do supervisor jobs. They take advantage of employees who are willing to go above and beyond for the company. They don't give full-time hours unless you're a manager. The front-end managers will be in a bad mood sometimes and allow it to affect everyone else; some days, you might feel like you're walking on eggshells.

Overall the store is a good place to start off.

The pay is low but that is why it is best to have it has a job for a beginner

Pros

Nice people sometimes, when your coworkers aren’t 50 year old men leering at you while you work.

Cons

Horrible management. Rude, condescending tones, incredibly cruel!
