Health insurance is provided and coworkers were nice.
Cons
* Extremely unrealistic expectations for ramp-up — expected to handle a full client load within a few weeks, despite the complexity of the signage industry
* Training was limited (30 days) after which I was told I wasn’t a “good fit” because I hadn’t reached performance levels five times higher and was not given any heads up prior to that.
* No true sick leave — only accrue three hours of personal time per month, which amounts to less than five days a year making work life balance virtually nonexistent
* Had to negotiate one week of vacation up to two
* Felt like they were more focused on quick output than investing in employee development
