Pros
Management is generally laid back/easy-going, tips are decent on weekends, the menu is relatively easy/straightforward, plenty of free/discounted beer to drink or take home.
Cons
Tips are pooled which can be frustrating at times. You are also required to do things that don't yield any additional tips such as running the merch/retail counter, encouraging customers to try limitless free tasters of different beers, etc.
