Stonecroft Ministries

Is this your company?

Shallow, short-sighted organization. Not worth the trouble. - Vice President Stonecroft Ministries Employee Review

Pros

Its a steady (albeit probably temporary) paycheck... if you keep your head down and don't voice contrary opinions. Can occasionally work from home.

Cons

Sexist and derogatory comments from executives. CEO spends more time talking about how great she is than she does executing (or developing) a strategy. Leadership team is clueless. The board is worse. Many teams are overworked without reprieve. Blame rolls downhill to the staff instead of the exec team where it belongs.

Pros

Mission is on point. Good benefits. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

Some of the upper Management (Board, CFO, VP's and Directors) are very arrogant and feel they are the reason for the success of Stonecroft. Little praise is passed down to the staff. Stonecroft breeds lazy workers because they are not held to any type of work standard. People come to work whenever they feel like it. Some Supervisors hold their departments accountable while others get away with murder. This is a point of frustration to those who work hard. Gossip is horrendous at Stonecroft and should not be tolerated or encouraged, especially for a Christian non-profit organization.
