      The company provides a lot of resources and tools to help team members succeed. There’s a clear effort to continuously improve and streamline systems and processes. The travel discounts offered are a great perk and much appreciated.

      Communication around the rollout of new processes or platforms could be clearer and more consistent. When issues arise with new systems or platforms, resolution can be delayed or unclear.

      Pros

      Prior to joining Stonebridge, I had heard that it was a good company to work for. Now as an employee, I can say it's even better than I had hoped for. It's a welcoming and collaborative environment. You're given the tools to do your job efficiently and you definitely feel like you are part of the team. It's refreshing to work where you actually look forward to going to work every day.
