Weak organizational culture - Software Develper StoneX Employee Review

Throughout the recruitment process, I observed a lack of professionalism and organizational structure, which significantly impacted my impression of the company. The communication was chaotic and fragmented, lacking transparency. Despite applying for a senior position, the interview was conducted by mid/junior-level employees, and later, I was assigned a task evaluated by an unidentified individual who was never introduced to me. The unclear process and unstructured approach led me to withdraw from further discussions. Based on my experience, the overall organizational culture appeared weak, and I would not recommend proceeding with opportunities at this company.
