      Pretty innovative and fast growing company. Also provides a good work-life balance for a financial services firm

      Cons

      Very operational compared to peers, even for profit generating units. Majority of projects tend to get abandoned before completion

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
