      Small company feel (4000 employees globally) but with large institution experience (Revenues exceeded $60bn for 2023. For perspective that was higher than both Morgan Stanley and GS.

      Cons

      Empire building to a degree. Very profitable firm but at the same time sub par usage and allocation of capital

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
