      The people are good & the pay is reasonable. The company is large & growing, so it's a good place to be in that sense.

      Senior Management have a long way to go to reach satisfactory.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
