      Senior people are helpful, On shore people provide guidance. Developer has exposure to latest technologies especially in Global payment team. Nice place to learn Banking related enterprise level applications. Easy to connect with People

      Cons

      Bangalore office is highly bureaucratic, Management not good. Difficult to work due to politics and favoritism. No work life balance.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
