-if management owes you/ your family favours you are in luck - large compensation for an unproportional number of managers to employees(60/40 ratio) - you do not need to a top or even an average performer to be a favourite
Cons
-Low morale, heavy drinking culture -Lack of articulation of plans, ideas, expectations, employee review - If you are not performing up to undefined standard managers will just stop looking or talking to you
