      Cons

      Too much ego on managers, sometimes they try to tarnish self respect of their juniors . No proper training given to any new joinee

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
