      Flexible work schedule for back office works. Laid back dress code and atmosphere. Big company with a lot of departments to work in.

      Back office employees have a ceiling that doesn't allow for much career growth

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
