Pros
Dynamic place to work, There is alot to learn about this business, people are constantly trying to help you learn what you need to get the business figured out. They make alot of money. If your a broker you will be treated like gold.
Cons
horrible benefits, training opportunites besides OJT is non existent. management treats others like crap. I have never seen the level of disdain from management towards underlings that I saw here. If your not a broker you seriously do not matter. Possibly the worst place I ever worked. and that includes some really icky jobs in college. I would not work here.
