Good place to grow, people get promoted quickly. Pay is decent, there are bonuses, offices are clean and modern

Difficult to switch department and build a career path, you can grow only within your own role/department. can face a dead-end after some year.
A lot of favoritism also exists, people get promoted based on how liked they are, not necessarily the value they bring to the team/company.
