Management’s attempt to stretch a dollar bill by cutting costs on things patients need. Obvious wage gap between female and male employees Sketchy management and HR that works together to keep employee wage as low as possible 90 day employee commitment or they’ll garnish your paycheck if you quit before then (they’ll charge it for “training”, “background check”, and “convenience”) Nothing is electronic except the medication system, a hospital that has set the lowest standard of care of health records.
