Pros

fast paced work environment, a lot of prep work, but working with a very talented Executive Chef and his sous was very enlightening.

Cons

FOH was not very pleasant or even happy nearly all the time, very tempermental and demanding. Some of the BOH were pretty much worthless, but they did try.

Pros

I made good tips working as an Event Staff, such as weddings, showers, and outings. The people are nice and the shifts are low-stress. We ate free meals at every event, a big plus as a college student.

Cons

It is hard to advance in this environment. I wished to do more serving and bev cart, but I quickly realized that was not attainable. The atmosphere is a little "cliquey" as many of the servers and bev cart and managers have worked there since they were 15, sometimes even customers/family friends before that.
