      Christmas Dinner, Overtime, gift card at Christmas, employees can be nice

      Cons

      Pay is horrible. Min wage. Owner favors employee based off his regional manager opinion. No benefits. Expect you to work 50+ hours a week. The owner talks bad about his employees behind their back through texts

      Pros

      Benefits are great, the pay is good, and the day goes by fast. Coming from landscaping, and having knowledge of landscaping skills is extremely helpful for knowing how to assist customers.

      Cons

      10 hour shifts are hard on my feet.

      Management is trash, if you are part of the club you're ok...if you're not life is hell.
