      Flexible family like atmosphere with good benefits

      Cons

      Cycle times are sometimes hard to reach and bonuses are hard to get. Half of the bonus is based off of customer surveys. You may build a perfect house and a get a homeowner that’s just unhappy and you lose your bonus because they can’t be satisfied

      Best job I ever had until layoffs happened

      Cons

      Not enough time to straighten myself out financially after doing what they asked me to do. They don’t know how to strategically take advantage of an exploding market here in Huntsville.
