Worst Place I have ever worked - Administrative Assistant Stone Academy Employee Review

There are too many to count. Stone Academy is a wasteland of a workplace. The management is ridiculously strict and unapproachable at times. If things are not done exactly as asked to a tee, you will hear about it. There is no workplace culture, many of the staff I worked alongside were rude and lacked ambition of any sort. There was constant backstabbing and gossip that would regularly hurt motivation and morale. You could feel the aura of depression as soon as you walked through the door. It felt as though not a single staff member was motivated and there was constant stress just being present there. Not only that, but Stone Academy offers low pay and deceptive management that tries to trick its prospective students into enrolling, regardless of whether they are actually ready to pursue higher education. Prospective students are seen as LEADS, not students. This results in MANY students coming into the main office crying and visibly upset over their schoolwork. You are not given paid lunch and have to work 8.5 hours a day for 8 hours of pay. Their systems are poorly managed and their technology is outdated. Their campus is a dump and is very dirty and the buildings themselves look hideous. Whatever you do, do not support this awful school. Do not waste your time. They deserve to go out of business. They are not concerned with their students well-being, they are greedy and deceptive.
