Pros
Some coworkers are really nice young professionals that are career driven and ambitious. The benefits are pretty cheap and 401k is great. A company gym and free lunch are the best perks for millennials.
Cons
The management staff is comprised of 20+ year Stolt veterans that while they have a lot of institutional intelligence, they lack the ability to make strategic business decisions and evolve with the times. Most of them have never worked for any other large company so they only see things one way. The supervisory staff dont have management skillsets and treat the Ops Coordinators like high school children. The staff is being cut which is increasing responsibilities for remaining staff. At this point, it is a sweatshop that I wouldn't recommend for anyone.
