Cons
Company is poorly managed; maybe due to the lack of training for middle management (remember you are managing people as well) and credentials mostly all middle management doesn't have a Bachelor degree (except I think two of them). Poor work culture: They usually promote the ones who who are in a circle related to the closest them or those who celebrate the jokes of the manager. Totally a hostile environment in regard to harassment and inappropriate behavior from upper and middle management. HHRR is aware of this situations and they do nothing. The place is basically a pyramid there's no room for growing; people would have to retire, die, get fired, or leave they have a huge turnover in operations I wonder why, so you can advance; Also and not less lots of secret couples as well. I don't know whats going on in that place, but it seems a normal practice.
