Sinking ship - Sales Manager Stoli Group Employee Review

-Great compensation package!!! -not micromanaged -create your own business structures and processes in you sales region -great people -work/life balance is mostly very good. With a few exceptions -opportunity to grow if you show your value

-North American team needs better overall structure and RTM -North America needs its own HR department to create its own business -there is a need to invest in the growth of their employees through educational opportunities (WSET, CSS, CSW, Harvard Business Program, etc) -there needs to be a better analytical structure to help form the RTM

Great brand in Stoli Vodka and Kentucky Owl

The executive management team is a revolving door. Everyone thinks they know what they are doing while finding every way possible to destroy the brand. Kentucky Owl used to be a cult bourbon, now they can’t give it away. They believe Stoli is this ultra premium brand. But it gained it recognition from being the best flavored vodka for the value in the price tier. This organization has an identity problem. The culture at Stoli Group is about as toxic as a company can be. They treat their employees terrible! You’re just a body to them. They don’t give merit or COL raises. They find ways to NOT PAY bonuses. And they don’t pay their bills. Their reputation is a disaster in the market. Almost laughable.
