-Great compensation package!!! -not micromanaged -create your own business structures and processes in you sales region -great people -work/life balance is mostly very good. With a few exceptions -opportunity to grow if you show your value
Cons
-North American team needs better overall structure and RTM -North America needs its own HR department to create its own business -there is a need to invest in the growth of their employees through educational opportunities (WSET, CSS, CSW, Harvard Business Program, etc) -there needs to be a better analytical structure to help form the RTM
