      The only pro i can find is that you'd have great colleagues...

      High turnover, low salaries, bad management, lack of communication between the different offices (especially with HQ in Norway)

      Pros

      Great product, customers really like us. Main offices in a nice space in Stamford, hybrid work. Learning a lot and exposure to lots of parts of the business. Many new people are joining, good energy. Get to work with people in Europe and the North America.

      Cons

      Growing pains, need to work on communication. No HR in the offices so need to work with global teams. Management puts pressure to grow fast.
