      Pros

      Good environment, great product. Subarus are easy to sell.

      Cons

      Threats of being fired all the time if you don't perform in the "slow" times. The pay plan is strictly volume based, although deceiving at first. Management makes it nearly impossible to hold gross. They give everything away. Finance is an absolute mess 80% of the time. NEVER any spin money just about.

      Amazing to work with all my customers and co workers are super helpful and help you grow and learn

      Cons

      parts department kinda sucks at helping the advisors do their job and give serious attitude when asked to help or do anything.
