      Pros

      Fully in charge of all IT assets and support. Travel was around 20 - 25% across 4 states

      Cons

      No set budget to work from. All build outs subjected to owner discretion which slowed the IT infrastructure build out.

      management wears blinders and selectively "sees" and "hears" what they want to "see" and "hear". could have been a great place.
