Excellent Company - Customer Service Representative Stockman Bank Employee Review

The company treats you like family and genuinely cares.

This position was fast paced at times which can be a pro or con depending on the person.

Benefits are decent, but that's about it. Everything else about Stockman Bank is terrible! You'd be much better off working anywhere else.

Management is too unreasonable! They make a lot of unreasonable demands, neglect to provide any support or guidance, etc., but expect employees to make zero mistakes! The salary isn't even that good, so I don't know why they have the audacity to ask so much from us!
