      Went through them to get the gig. Good rate.

      Cons

      Resource mentality. I felt no different than a stapler. When the contract ended, I got a luke warm email telling me to not forget to book my time and send the equipment back. That was it.

      They stay out of the way and let you get work done. When they are needed they jump in without hesitation.

      Cons

      Vacation and sick leave are lacking compared to other industries.
