Pros
Pay is good, tech stack is good, and the talent is top tier for the area. Not sure why all the other salaries on glassdoor is so low. The ~85k numbers look like entry level and doesn't include stock grant. People are making way more and many people will be millionaires when we IPO.
Cons
Growing pains with scaling can be stressful. The hiring bar was lower a few years ago, but has gone up dramatically in the last couple years.
