I've been with the company in NJ for over a year and have seen a lot of growth at our facility as a whole. Like any startup, we've seen a lot of structure implemented which has actually made life a lot easier/better. I feel like the leaders do their best to be fair, consistent, and empathetic which is the biggest difference compared to other jobs I've had!! It's definitely a team oriented place, everyone is nice and willing to help each other
