      Pros

      Non leadership employees are great.

      Cons

      "Leadership" is pretty immature, which may explain why its been in business for so many years and hasn't gone anywhere. The CEO drinks at 2 in the afternoon and really doesn't know what he's doing as per the other review. The culture that leadership encourages is pretty gross.

      -Great people with a true passion for the space -Great brand with a unique voice and vision to be a part of - the people here are innovative and always looking to continue growing! -Awesome perks - unlimited PTO, 401k match, annual company offsite trip, branded merch, fully remote!

      Cons

      -Not being able to meet, or see everyone in the company as often as we'd like to -New laptops/equipment, which they are working on!
