Everyone on the team is really smart and incredibly good at what they do. As an organization, they prioritize bringing on the best people and encourage them to make an immediate impact while trying to do very little to get in the way of that. From day one I have felt like I can come into work and just be myself. That's exactly what the culture there promotes. Everyone cares deeply about the success of the company and really wants to see the product and StockTwits community thrive. On top of that, it's a very tight-knit team and it is really fun to be in the office!
