Pros
Annual company retreats are always fun. Everyone motivated and excited to come to work every day because everyone has a direct impact on the community in some form. There is a sense of ownership for all employees. Everyone who makes a contribution to the success of the product is recognized and never gets overlooked. The company is quick to reward productivity, which results in a pretty high morale.
Cons
The success of the company has outgrown it's size, which results in the employee needing to take on a little more themselves. Nothing that hiring more great employees can't fix.
