      Pros

      Small business which offers lots of exposure to various roles and responsibilities. Flexible hours. Laid back environment. Great for juniors learning their jobs

      Cons

      Management can have a hard time letting go and trusting their team to do the job. Upper management can often feel aloof. Sometimes a lack of strict leadership structure leads to issues.

      Pros

      You get to choose what you want to write an article about and you have 2 weeks to complete it. It's an easy way to make money and make use of your school notes. You can also choose to terminate your contract at any time.

      Cons

      They won't send you new topics to write about until they get a budget, which takes a while. Also since they hired you as a contractor, you can be terminated at any time.
