Pros

20 days PTO, work from home, and the people you work directly with are generally great. When you get the chance to know people, they are kind and can be caring. Variety of clients so generally interesting work.

Cons

Little to no culture at all that is taking a turn for the worse. High expectations to handle workload with low pay, even for the industry. People are overworked across the board thanks to the leadership and good luck ever taking PTO. Management is hiring people who are really unqualified. There are those with egos and attitude now and it shows in the culture. Gone are the days of growing with the company. Prior to the company being sold, Stitcher was scaling and dealing with growing pains already but things are made worse when you hire people who are getting paid too much to do too little.

Pros

- PTO = 20 Days is Fantastic. Other Bennys are great as well. - Leadership has some ALL STARS. Jason doesn't want me to give him a shoutout, but seriously he's a great mentor and is a big reason for our rev growth. - Client roster is impressive for our size. - Love the people I work with. It's a big selling point on staying rather taking stupid $$ from an unknown environment. - All company meetings sharing details of the finance and business side of SA

Cons

- Work life balance is not the greatest. It's something that leadership is working on though. Like many industries hiring has been tough. That has led to burnout. - Post acquisition changes have mixed things up. Change is tough but most of it is likely for the best. This is more of a short-term con that will likely turn into a Pro. - Pay is competitive but you could probably make more elsewhere. - Growing pains have been there as we've added new clients and employees. - Culture is a work in progress. There have been a lot of strides but Covid has made things difficult.
