Pros
It's remote and fairly easy when inventory is available, but that's not often.
Cons
NOT FLEXIBLE and grossly underpaid. Don't be deceived, with recent changes, it is not flexible at all, especially when you're full-time. They have no qualms squashing good talent to keep costs low, are happy to throw employees under the bus with no warnings, hire outside of the company for management that doesn't know what's going on, and keep secrets that ultimately penalize the lowest-paid members of the company. What was once a dream job is now a demeaning worker-bee position in a company full of toxic positivity and secretiveness. Also, absolutely NO upward mobility anymore within the company, you're stuck where you started whether you like it or not. Wouldn't be surprised if half the company quit after this week. AVOID!
