      Pros

      This is probably one the most relaxed atmospheres I've had the pleasure of working in. Challenging yet fun. You can tell they really care about the employee and always keep us focused on ways to be better for our customers. It's refreshing to work somewhere I can be myself and help people vs some places that only care about the bottom line.

      Pros

      Stiltz offers great benefits, the people you work with are awesome including managment. There is no drama at the office like many other jobs i have worked. the overall work culture is unmatched. Super flexible when you need time off also.

      Cons

      No option of completly remote, the pay is low for a sales job.
