Pros

Lots of stuff to learn

Cons

- They offered me a salary which is way below what they mentioned over the interview. Different employees mentioned different salary over the phone during the interview. - They tell you they will hire you as a full-time employee but in reality, you work as a contractor. Because they will not give you benefits. - Training sucks. No proper way nobody got time. They will give you a bunch of stuff to read and will ask you to write questions for them. Which I found a waste of time. - They train like you know everything already - I never felt so negative about a job - Their internal software sucks To be honest I can write all day but these are the major issues.

Pros

CEO and upper management are very transparent on everything (finances, operations, etc) which is super rare to come by especially in the startup world. You have a lot of opportunity for growth in your area of choosing, they’re super understanding of your career wants. unlimited PTO that you don't feel bad about using. You have a corporate card which can be used for office expenses or meetups with coworkers. Company is fully remote but theres an office in SF if you would like to be in person.

Cons

HR is a little under developed (being that its still a somewhat early stage startup) so the extra benefits some companies may offer (multi-city co-working spaces, health and wellness expense benefits, etc) aren't offered. Company is a Startup so there are constant modifications and adjustments being made in product and workflow (could be a little difficult to adjust to if you're not use to startup environments)
