Pros

A steady paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

They limited the amount of water you can drink, they discouraged company carpooling, they still use time cards and are extremely strict with punching in and out on time.

Pros

Flexible hours M-F, friendly and helpful staff, drama free. Excellent benefits package. Generally easy to take time off or vacations. No micro-managing. Located near freeways.

Cons

Management lacks structure and direction (VP). When someone leaves, it's usually without notice, and the work gets divided among others. No room for growth. This is not a career, it's a job until you find something better or are willing to settle and have flexibility. Pay could be better, but this is a small company so it's to be expected. Clocking in and out is horrible. Taking a late lunch is impossible. This company is by the book when it comes to your time, which is great for the company, but bad for the employee. I wish the process wasn't so strict if you're working your 8 hours with a lunch and getting your work done.

Pros

I had an unusual position as designer, most of the negative reviews here were from sales staff. I had a good deal of talent and was mostly left alone to get my work done. There was a good deal of work to be done. Most of the people I worked with at the time were decent, I still keep in contact with one of them. The design work was fun at first but became repetitive very quickly.

Cons

The owner honestly was a decent guy to work for, he was direct and knew what he wanted, lots of personality. The VP at the time I left was a typical corporate empty suit, knew very little and acted like he owned the place. I heard the owner 'handed' the company over to his son who was a world class blowhard. I'm glad I wasn't around for that part of the show. There is NO opportunity for advancement at this company.
