      Pros

      Loved working there. Everyone is so friendly and in essence everyone has similar goals in mind which are to help underrepresented students at UC Berkeley. Amazing staff, and you get to meet so many good people.

      Cons

      I don't think I personally saw/felt any downsides of working at Stiles. Loved my time there wish I was still working there.
