Cons
Bringing to light apparent gaps in the core functioning of the business, raising the bar in how to make data driven decisions, advocating for reporting structure, developing programs for planning ahead while learning from past results, calling out examples of preferential treatment of toxic employees, got me laid off. Would steer clear!
