      Very grounded in the Huntington Beach lifestyle.. huge product line reaching many national audiences. Fun to work with group of people.

      Cons

      No big company benefits, 401 K, healthcare, etc.

      Pros

      Usually flexible schedule, they are very supportive of students. If you have good ideas and are a good worker you'll love it. If you're just looking to get by you won't make it a year.

      Cons

      Small company so advancement is a little limited, but it means you get to wear a lot of different hats and learn from other artists that have been in the industry for decades.
