Amazing staff that are always going above and beyond to work to achieve greater productivity and preserve teamwork. A true family feel. Great perks that include an onsite gym, kegerator, reward system, catered meals when a special occasion/recognition warrants it, ongoing education, transparent financial reporting, great bonus structure, and more. At the end of the day, the people here really make this a great place to work/thrive as an employee.
Cons
A lack of internal training systems has the left the company disorganized and inefficient during recent growth periods. Being busy is a beautiful thing, but under staffing only scratches the surface. Minor power jockeying needlessly keeps the company from improving is some areas. Perfected training and better internal management empowerment will prevent decision-making and process bottlenecks moving into the future.
