Pros

The C&GS team were friendly and supportive, and the product itself is creative and interesting to work with

Cons

At the beginning of the year, around ten employees were let go due to redundancy. What felt particularly unprofessional was that no alternative contracts or roles were offered to the employees already working there. Instead, the company decided to hire new people as consultants, which was difficult to understand and left many of us questioning the reasoning behind that decision. The communication around the layoffs was handled in a very cold and impersonal way. We were informed during a general meeting where it was announced that redundancies would take place, and after that most communication happened through company-wide messages. We were essentially informed alongside the rest of the company rather than through individual conversations. Our names were not even mentioned; we only realized the situation through a slide during the presentation. The whole process felt very distant and unprofessional, especially considering the impact it had on the people involved. After that initial meeting, management largely disappeared from the conversation. It felt as though they simply washed their hands of the situation. No one took the time to speak with us individually, and when we left, no one from management even came to say goodbye. The whole process felt distant, impersonal, and unprofessional.

Pros

Great people, nice building, that's it

Cons

Horrible management, completely out of touch, zero transparency, everyone is someone's brother, neighbour, or lover. Lack of communication, lack of vision Underpaid employees, salaries below standard across all departments, barely covering the basics (and keep in mind it's in Lomma, where no one lives, so you always need to commute). People who speak up get fired, especially at managerial level. Somehow union reps disappear FAST with no explanation, especially in production. At the beginning of the year fired 10 our of 14 support employees and replaced them with contractors without relevant knowledge and experience, and at much higher salary. It made zero sense and there was no transparency in the process. When people were reassured that no one else is at risk, another person in another department was suddenly fired. Praises itself on being international but management refuses to speak English (which is official language of the company). Basically would love to be a US corporation but is sadly tied up by Swedish employment laws (which doesn't stop them from pushing then to the max). Dead-end jobs, no way to progress your career unless you're related to the management. Poor benefits, inaccessible events
