      Pros

      The people here are great to work with. Everyone at every level in the company. Very good at ramping up and onboarding. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      IT division operates in a silo and can cause some heartburn during implementations, but overall they are very good to work with.

      Pros

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
