      Cons

      I did not feel that women had the same opportunities for professional growth as men. Poor leadership.

      Pros

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
