Pros
If you want to work on a nice atmosphere with nice colleagues this is a Company to do so. Specially if you can get to the HQ easily. Salaries are good too, but there are noticeable differences across regions.
Cons
Technology is outdated and, what is worse, the Company is going in the usual "marketing-sales" direction where all what those folks say are "words of wisdom", instead of making a rock solid product. If you are not the kind of guy that is "nice" with the guys taking decisions you'll soon find yourself out of the game.
